ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an RD&A Senior Technologist I to
join the Kerry team in Naas, Ireland.
This is a Permanent Role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the application of Kerry Alternative Dairy products in
customer recipes, manufacturing plants and restaurants. Identify
solutions to support the customer in the use of the Kerry Dairy
Alternative portfolio.
Working independently on customer projects as well as aligning with
development and application teams to deliver the best solutions for
both Retail and Foodservice European customers.
This role will be primarily market based testing and validating Kerry
Dairy Alternatives products in selected customers and regions in
Europe, delivering solutions to meet customer and market needs. Travel
to customers will be required to work on identifying solutions to grow
the Kerry Dairy Alternatives business.
_QUALIFICATIONS_ and skills
* BSc Food science-based degree or equivalent relevant professional
experience and trade qualifications.
* Experience in working in ready to eat food manufacturing and pilot
plant environments
* Good project management and organisational skills to deliver on
multiple customer projects on a continuous basis
* Knowledge of FMCG food manufacturing/processing environments in
particular with use of Dairy ingredients.
* Competent in IT applications relevant to role.

_ABILITY TO_ independently plan and manage workload on a week to week
basis.
* Team Working - must be able to work and collaborate closely with
other team members and a broad range of stakeholders from other
functions and technologies.
* Written and oral Communication Skills - must be able to communicate
clearly and concisely and ability to work with partners that do not
have English as first language - Spanish, French, German language
skill would be an advantage.
* Records of all validations, customer communications, achievements
and Next steps must be clearly recorded in appropriate system (SFDC)
and shared with relevant stakeholders.
